- Distalisation: how, by which means, when?
-intraoral distalisers: their drawbacks - Extractions: to extract what, how and in which sequence
-unilateral and bilateral extractions and their implications for mechanics. - Upper-lower elastics: principles of application, adverse effects three-dimensionally and their correction
- Principles of anchorage
- Orthognatic surgery: Fundamental principles.
Topic 3: Principles of treating Class II occlusion with adjunct pathology
- Vertical pathologies
- Transverse pathologies
