I. CONNECTIVE TISSUE GRAFT
- Lines of incision (4, 3, 2, 1)
- Harvesting with one line incision / sutures
- C.T.G. placement on the gingival recession
II. POUCH TECHNIQUE: VERTICAL AND HORIZONTAL
- Plugging the C.T.G. inside the pouch
- Interrupted vertical suspensory sutures on the C.T.G.
- Interrupted horizontal suspensory sutures on the C.T.G.
- Coronally advanced flap
III. TUNNELISATION PROCEDURE
- Soft Tissue Tunnel Preparation
